​​Apple-Peanut Cookie

ingredients needed

  • Two scoops of Herbalife® Protein Drink Mix (Peanut Cookie flavor)
  • One scoop of Herbalife® Active Fiber Complex (Apple flavor)
  • ⅓ cup water
  • ⅓ cup rolled oats (quick-cooking)
  • One tablespoon raisins
  • ⅓ cup unsweetened applesauce
  • A pinch of cinnamon

  • Find a big coffee mug or a small bowl.
  • Add the Protein Drink Mix, Active Fiber Complex, rolled oats, cinnamon, and raisins.
  • Pour in the applesauce and water. Stir until everything is mixed well and the dry stuff is soaked.
  • Cover with plastic wrap. Put it in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • In the morning, grab your overnight oats from the fridge. Dig in and enjoy a tasty breakfast!
